🔍 Description

The bulk organisation import process now shows real-time progress so you always know where your import stands, and a failure report is available if something goes wrong.

💡 What's New

The bulk import process in the Organisations Module now provides on-screen feedback while your import runs. Previously, the import ran in the background with no visible status, leaving you without any indication of progress or completion timing.

Three improvements have been made:

  • A snackbar notification appears at the bottom of the screen as soon as the import begins, showing import status and percentage completion.

  • You can navigate away from the page during the import. The progress indicator remains visible elsewhere in the application.

  • If the import fails, a Failure Report dialog becomes available. You can use it to generate an error report that automatically includes relevant technical data.

The background processing and the emailed Summary Report remain in place and are unchanged.

📝 How to Use

1. Navigate to the Organisations Module.

2. Begin a Bulk Import as normal.

3. The snackbar will appear automatically at the bottom of the screen showing import status and progress.

4. You may navigate away - the progress indicator remains visible from elsewhere in the application.

5. If the import fails, click Failure Report in the dialog to generate an error report.
