🔍 Description

Report Builder now supports multiple rows per form via repeating row data, and includes four new filter operators for more precise and flexible reporting.

💡 What's New

Two enhancements have been made to Report Builder.

Repeating Rows

Reports can now display multiple rows per form when the source fields pull from repeating row data. For example, a single audit that contains multiple non-conformances will now produce one row per non-conformance, rather than collapsing them all into a single row. This makes it possible to build precise, record-level reports on data that was previously aggregated.

New Filter Operators

Four new filter operators are now available when building report filters:

  • Contains - partial text matching. Use this to filter by a keyword that appears within a field value.

  • Free text date - natural language date filtering. For example: "last 60 days", "since yesterday", or "before January 1".

  • In - match against a comma-separated list of values.

  • Not in - exclude a comma-separated list of values.

These operators make it significantly easier to build targeted, drillable reports - for example, pulling all non-conformances for a specific supplier within a defined date range.
