🔍 Purpose
This manual offers detailed, sequential guidance on the process of generating a note within an organisational profile. It encompasses all essential steps, such as choosing the note category, inputting a description and supplementary details, attaching files, configuring reminders, and saving or removing the note.
🛠️ Prerequisites
To use the Notes function, you need to create an organisation profile.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Click on the Navigation menu on the top left-hand side of the page.
2. Click on Organisations module in the Navigation menu.
3. Click on the organisation name to view their organisation profile.
4. Click on Notes tab found within the organisation profile
5. Click on the green Create button found in the middle right hand corner of the page.
6. The Create Note pop up modal will appear.
7. Click the Note type field to select the type of note you are adding to the organisation profile.
8. In this instance, we have selected Email.
9. Click the Description field to input a brief description about the note you are creating.
10. Click the Note field to add additional information.
11. Click the Attachments field if you wish to upload a copy of saved email or any other reference document that may provide additional relevant information relating to the note.
12. Subject to who you would like to have access to this note, you can toggle on the relevant access under Sharing.
13. The Follow Up tab allows you to set reminders if you need to update organisation information on a particular date.
14. Click the Task field to name the task for this reminder.
15. Click the Task Due date to set the reminder date
16. Click to Check box if Task is completed.
17. Click to Check box if wish to be reminded when this task falls due at a later date.
18. Click Save to save the settings for this note.
19. You will have a preview of the note created under the Notes tab. To access the saved note or make changes, click on the description of the note for the Notes pop up to appear.
20. To delete the note, check box on the left hand side of the note to select it.
21. A red bin icon will appear on the right hand side above the saved note, click the bin icon to delete the note.
The note will be permanently deleted.
