🔍 Purpose
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to create a Compare Form Report. It explains how to navigate to the Report module, select the relevant form template and groups in the Compare Form Report, and compare responses from different suppliers. Overall, this guide is useful for individuals who need to generate a comparison report for form responses of different suppliers.
🛠️ Prerequisites
Users must ensure that they have completed following listed actions:
Created a form template How to Create a New Form Template
Set up Groups to segment your supplier data Groups Module
Invited suppliers to complete their assessment Creating Multiple Organisations using the Bulk Upload Process
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Click on the Navigation menu on the top left-hand side of the page.
2. Click on Reports module.
3. The landing page in Reports module is Report Builder, click on Compare Forms tab.
4. Click on Form Template field and select the relevant form template you wish to export responses for. We have selected Modern Slavery Questionnaire template in this training guide.
5. Click on Group field to choose the groups you are creating the report for.
6. A list of supplier names will appear in the Forms field to allow the user to select relevant supplier forms that they wish to compare responses.
7. Multiple Forms can be selected to compare responses from various suppliers.
8. The application will present the report as illustrated below
Each supplier form will appear in a new column on the report with all questions on their SAQ appearing in each row.
Unlike other reports created in the Report Builder, Compare Forms reports cannot be scheduled for automatic delivery via email.
