🔍 Purpose

Informed 365 offers an API that allows other systems to connect with the Informed 365 platform. This lets customers send and receive data - such as supplier information, risks, forms, reports, and reviews - directly between systems. It’s designed to support automation and integration, helping organisations keep their information consistent and reduce the need for manual data entry.

🛠️ Prerequisites

  • Contact Support to request the API token for your application.

  • The email and password you use for authentication determine what response data end users can access through the API.
