🔍 Purpose
To enable users to easily invite colleagues to collaborate on completing a questionnaire together.
🛠️ Prerequisites
You are an active and authorised user
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
When inviting them, log in to your dashboard and navigate to the open form that requires your response.
1. Click on the icon to invite a collaborator to respond to the questionnaire.
2. Fill out the first name, last name, and email address
3. Toggle on the Send Invitation Email
4. Compose Your Message to the Collaborator.
Update the Subject Line: Edit the subject to clearly reflect the purpose of the message or request.
Enter Your Message: Write a brief, clear message to accompany the invitation or notification being sent to your collaborator.
5. Click Invite users
Once a user has been successfully invited, they should proceed with the registration process in the same manner as you did during the initial setup of your account.
