🔍 Purpose

The Supplier Engagement tab allows users to send invitations to suppliers to complete SAQs and track their engagement and completion rates. Users can also import supplier contact data directly into the platform.

For consortia applications, users can send connection requests to suppliers (referred to as ‘linking requests’) who have been set up by another customer. If approved by the supplier, it enables the user to view the supplier's organisation profile, including completed SAQs and related data.

🛠️ Prerequisites

Not Applicable

(a) Engagement Metrics

Engagement Metrics usually match the Suppliers' count but only include ‘linked’ organisations. ‘Unlinked’ organisations are excluded because their profiles cannot be accessed, making their engagement status unknown.

  • Not Engaged = Suppliers that have not been invited to the application.

  • Queued = Suppliers that have been invited whose invitation email is queued to be sent.

  • Invited = Suppliers whose invitation email has moved from Queued and has been sent to the recipient.

  • Started = Suppliers that have been invited who have started working on their questionnaire.

  • Completed = Suppliers that have completed and submitted their questionnaire.

(b) Engagement Status Pie Chart

Displays the breakdown of the statuses from the previous step.

The Engagement Status pie chart only includes suppliers with a status of Queued, Invited, Started, or Completed. The percentage for each status is calculated by dividing the number of suppliers in that status by the total number of these suppliers.

(c) Engagement Trend Line Chart

Visually display the breakdown of the various statuses defined in the previous step and will also display a comparison between time periods.

(d) Add Contacts

Will allow you to add an existing supplier profile that you wish to invite to the platform to complete an SAQ.

(e) My Suppliers

Are those suppliers that your organisation created for the first time and those suppliers that are sharing their submitted SAQ with your organisation if you are in a consortium.

(f) Other Suppliers (consortia applications only)

Are those suppliers that another consortium member has created and those that are yet to share their questionnaire with your organisation.
