🔍 Purpose
To provide users with the ability to easily duplicate existing groups, allowing them to quickly replicate group settings, members, and permissions without manually recreating each configuration.
🛠️ Prerequisites
You must already have access to a group that’s been set up on the platform.
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Navigation menu
2. Choose the Groups module
3. Select a group from the list or use the search field to find a specific group faster.
4. Within the selected group, click on the Duplicate button
5. The browser will automatically redirect you to the newly created group. Its name will be the same as the original but with “(Copy)” added. The new group will also have the same members and permissions as the original.
