🔍 Purpose

This guide explains how to export form responses to a CSV file using the Table View. By customising visible columns and downloading the data, users can efficiently review completed and unanswered items, perform offline analysis, and support reporting or audit requirements.

🛠️ Prerequisites

  • Access to the relevant application.

  • Appropriate user permissions to view forms and export data.

  • An existing supplier/organisation form with responses available.

  • The form must be accessible in the Forms module.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to your application

2. Click on your navigation menu

3. Click on the Forms module

4. Search for the relevant supplier/organisation form and click to open it.

5. Switch to the Table View.

6. Click Manage Columns to customise the data you want to display.

7. Tick the selection boxes to add or remove columns as required.

  • Once finalised, click OK to apply your changes.

8. Click the Download icon to export the responses.

  • Only the selected column data will be included in the downloaded CSV file.

9. A success pop-up message will appear on the screen, and the file will be automatically saved to your device.

10. Open the downloaded CSV file to review which items were answered and left unanswered for further assessment.
