  • Application User with “Review” ability ✅

  • Application User ✅

🔍 Purpose

By default, when an Application User accesses the dashboard, they will see a standard set of instructions for completing the Modern Slavery Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) form.

Default SAQ Instructions

If your organisation uses additional form templates—for example, for carbon reporting, supplier onboarding, or cyber security—we can customise the dashboard instructions. The default instructions can be overridden with tailored messaging specific to the context of each form template.

🛠️ Prerequisites

A Form Template must be active and public.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Forms module and select a Form Template.

2. After clicking on the selected Form Template, select the Settings. Another pop-up page will open, then go to the Options tab.

3. Select 'Override default form completion instructions. Visible only to those users with open forms of this form template' toggle.

4. Enter Dashboard Message.

5. A set of instructions will be displayed for each form type available to the user
