How to Change/Reset Your Password

  • Administrator ✅

  • Application Member ✅

  • Application User with “Review” ability ✅

🔍 Purpose

To guide users through the steps required to securely change/reset their password for accessing the Platform (or your organisation's platform). This ensures continued access while protecting sensitive supplier and company data.

🛠️ Prerequisites

An active email address registered in the platform

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

(a) Changing your password

1. Utilise the three-line icon located on the left side of the screen and navigate to My Profile.

2. Click Change password

3. A new window will appear prompting you to create a new password. Please ensure that the password meets the specified requirements before proceeding. Your changes will only be saved if the password criteria are satisfied.


(b) Resetting forgotten password

You may use the 'Forgot your password?' feature in the dashboard, and an email notification will be sent to you for the password reset. Please remember to also check your spam/junk folder.
