How to Update your User Profile

🔍 Purpose

This guide furnishes systematic instructions for updating and managing your profile, encompassing a range of actions such as modifying your email address, updating personal information, and deactivating your account.

🛠️ Prerequisites

  • Users must complete registration process on the application

  • Users must be able to login in to their application

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the top right hand corner of your page and click on Account.

2. Click on My Profile.

3. You can also access My Profile from the Navigation menu.

4. Click on the last option in the Navigation menu, My Profile.

5. The Edit Account page will open allowing users the ability to change their:

  • Email address

  • Change password

  • Deactivate account

  • Sign out.

6. To change your email address, click on Change Email. A Change Email pop up will appear. Enter first your current password, then select Confirm.

Another pop up will open, enter your new email address and current password and click Save. You should be able to receive an email notification to verify the email address used.

7. To change/update your current password, click on Change Password.

8. A Change Password pop up will appear. Enter your current and new password and click Save.

9. To deactivate your Informed 365 account, click on the red Deactivate button.

10. You can update the following account information:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Phone Country

  • Phone Number

  • Job Title

  • Department

  • Preferred Language
