🔍 Purpose
Setting reporting periods/schedules ensures consistent and accurate reporting for each period.
There are two ways to define reporting periods:
Form Template Periods
Offers the most flexibility (annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly, etc.).
Applies only to the specific form template where it is configured.
Optional for administrators.
Annual Reporting Start Month
Sets the platform-wide reporting cadence for 12-month periods.
Mandatory for all applications.
Defaults to January.
Priority logic:
Form Template periods override the Annual Reporting Start Month.
If no Form Template period is configured, the system automatically uses the Annual Reporting Start Month.
🛠️ Prerequisites
You must be a platform administrator on a Standalone application.
Customers using a consortium platform cannot edit these settings. Please contact the Support Team or your Customer Success Manager if you have questions.
