🔍 Purpose

This article guides suppliers through the process of reviewing and completing their outstanding action items within the Forms module. By following these steps, suppliers can upload the necessary supporting files, add comments, and submit their commitments to ensure compliance with their agreed obligations.

🛠️ Prerequisites

Before completing your outstanding actions, ensure the following:

  • You have received an outstanding action email.

  • You have user access to the platform.

  • The target form has been submitted and is available in your dashboard.

  • Any supporting files or documents required for your commitment are prepared and ready to upload.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to the appropriate dashboard and click on Forms.

2. Select and open the target form.

3. Navigate to the Report View.

4. All outstanding actions will be displayed for your review.

5. Click on a pending item to review it, then click Create Action to add your commitment

6. A new window will open where you can upload the necessary file and add a comment. Once finalised, click Make Commitment.

7. Ensure all pending action items have been reviewed and completed.
