🔍 Purpose
Use Action Centre > Requests to:
Review requests from other organisations on the platform
Accept or Ignore/Reject requests
What are Requests?
Requests can be initiated by either side (suppliers or platform partners). You may see requests relating to:
Connections (a request initiated by a supplier to share their organisation profile and related data with the platform member proactively), and/or
Linking (a request by a platform partner to the supplier to gain access to the supplier's organisation profile and related data)
Requests are shown newest first and include a Submitted by line and timestamp.
🛠️ Prerequisites
Before you begin:
Your user must be associated with an organisation profile in the platform.
You must have access to Action Centre.
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
(a) Reviewing requests
1. Open the Navigation menu.
2. Select Action Centre.

3. In the Requests tab is where all outstanding connection and linking requests will reside.
4. Before actioning a request, review the description per request which will indicate:
Which organisation submitted it
What they are requesting (connection or linking request)
The submitted-by details and timestamp

5. To filter through the request types, click on the relevant filters.
(b) Accept or ignore/reject a request
When viewing a request, choose one of the available actions:
Accept
Approves the request and establishes the connection/link so the supplier's organisation profile and assessment data can be viewed by the platform partner.Ignore (or Reject, depending on request type)
Declines the request and no connection/link is created.
(c) No outstanding requests
If there are no requests requiring action, you will see:
(d) If Requests is unavailable
You will see “Requests unavailable” if the user is not linked to an organisation profile. As requests relate to organisation profiles, the user must be added to an organisation profile to manage requests. Please create one in the Organisations module.
