🔍 Purpose

Question Notes function similarly to Form Notes, but they operate at a question-level. This guide explains how to add notes to specific questions within a supplier’s completed SAQ form. Notes allow you to record observations, clarifications, or internal comments directly against individual questions for reference and follow-up.

To add notes at a form-wide level, please see our article on Form Notes.

🛠️ Prerequisites

The supplier must have a completed SAQ form available in the Forms module.

📝 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Forms module and select a Form Template.

2. Search for the target supplier who has already completed the SAQ. Select their assessment form to open it.

3. Inside the supplier's form, look for the green comment button next to a question. Clicking this allows you to add a note that will be attached to that specific question.

4. Click Add a note to open the note entry box. Type your comments, observations, or any relevant information into the text field. The Reminder field allows you to set a future date to be notified on the platform to return and review the question note.

5. When finished, click Save. A notification banner will appear above the note, confirming that your comment has been successfully saved.

6. If you wish to remove a previously added comment, click the same green comment button to reopen the note.

  • Then click the trash bin icon to delete the comment.

  • Click Save to confirm and complete the deletion.
