🔍 Purpose
Form Notes function similarly to Question Notes, but they operate at a form-wide level. This means they allow users to record comments, observations, or supporting information that apply to the entire form, rather than being tied to a specific question. Form Notes are ideal for capturing general feedback, clarifications, or attachments that support the overall assessment.
To add notes at a question level, please see our article on Question Notes.
🛠️ Prerequisites
The organisation must have a completed SAQ form available in the Forms module.
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Go to the Forms module and select a Form Template.
2. Search for the target organisation who has already completed the SAQ. Select their assessment form to open it.
3. Inside the form, go to Form Notes
4. Click on either the green Create or + button to add a Form Note.
5. Use the field provided to enter your form notes, add a description, and upload any supporting files related to your note. Once you have finalised all details, click Save to complete the action.
6. The note you added will now appear in the listing below. You can click on it to view the details and download any attached files as needed.
