🔍 Purpose
This article explains how to use the Calendar Year (CY) and Financial Year (FY) reporting period filters on the Modern Slavery Dashboard. These filters allow you to view your dashboard data aligned to a specific reporting period, making it easier to track and report on supplier engagement and risk within the timeframe that is relevant to your organisation.
Please note that the Financial Year filter follows the Australian financial year, running from 1 July to 30 June. If your organisation operates on a different financial year, the Calendar Year filter (1 January to 31 December) may be used as a suitable proxy for your reporting period.
🛠️ Prerequisites
Before proceeding, ensure the following:
You have Admin or Application Member access to the platform.
You have navigated to the Modern Slavery Dashboard Dashboard within your application.
Supplier data has been submitted and is available for the relevant reporting period.
📝 Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log in to your application and navigate to the Modern Slavery Dashboard
2. In the top right-hand corner of the dashboard, click All Periods.
3. The filter panel will open. Under Form Period, select Equals and choose your desired reporting period from the dropdown. Available options include:
All Periods - displays data across all available reporting periods.
FY (Financial Year) - for example, FY 2026 covers July 2025 to June 2026.
CY (Calendar Year) - for example, CY 2026 covers January 2026 to December 2026.
4. Once selected, the dashboard will update to display data relevant to the chosen reporting period, including the Inherent Risk summary tiles, risk rating breakdown, and Inherent Risk Summary chart.
5. To remove the filter and return to the full dataset, click the X next to the active filter or click Clear Filters.
