🔍 Description
A new report widget has been added to the Modern Slavery Dashboard, giving users a visual breakdown of overall risk across completed forms, scored against a selected Score Template.
💡 What's New
We've added a new report widget to the Modern Slavery Dashboard: the Overall Form Risk Chart. This gives you an at-a-glance breakdown of risk levels across all completed forms, scored against your chosen Score Template.
✅ Why This Matters
Instead of reviewing risk outcomes form by form, you can now see the overall risk distribution as an aggregate total for your supplier base in a single donut chart. This makes it easier to spot trends, report on portfolio-wide risk, and prioritise follow-up action.
📝 How to Use
1. Go to the Modern Slavery Dashboard by clicking on Dashboard in the left hand side navigation menu and selecting the Modern Slavery Dashboard on screen.
2. Navigate to the Reports tab and click Edit Reports.
3. Click Add Report Widget
4. From the Type dropdown, select Overall Form Risk Chart.
4. Choose your relevant Score Template from the dropdown (e.g. your organisation's supplier risk scoring model).
5. The chart will populate automatically, showing the percentage of completed forms in each risk category.
Additional Options
Use Export to download the chart data.
Use Show Breakdown to view the underlying detail behind each risk category.
