🔍 Purpose
The Reports tab provides users with an overview of SAQ forms, ISRI risk ratings, and residual risk scores (referred within as ‘form score’ and ‘form risk’) — assessing risks based on suppliers' actual responses. It also allows users to create charts to visualise SAQ form data, helping them identify potential risks and areas for improvement.

(a) SAQ Forms Table
Displays lists of engaged suppliers and the current status of their forms.
(b) Report Widgets
Report Widgets allow users to create and customise different chart types to display supplier data visually. These charts appear below the SAQ Forms Table and represent filtered supplier responses for a selected question.
(b.1.) Trend Charts
These are trend charts under the table of the Reports tab. It helps identify whether values are increasing, decreasing, or remaining stable over time, making it easier to monitor performance, spot risks, and make informed decisions.
(b.2.) Bar Chart
Displays data using rectangular bars, where the length of each bar represents the value of the data point. Best used for comparing categories
You can choose to display as a Horizontal or Vertical Bar Chart
(b.3.) Pie Chart
Shows proportions of a whole in a circular format, with each slice representing a percentage of the total. Useful for visualising distribution
You have the option to display as a Pie or Donut Chart
(b.4.) Line Chart
Plots data points over time and connects them with a line to show trends. Ideal for tracking changes or patterns over time
You can choose whether to display as a Line or Area Chart
When editing or adding a report, you can toggle various on/off settings to customise how the chart displays.
